I got really motivated lately to gym hard as fuck and give everything from myself.

I noticed I sometimes train so hard on isolated machines that I get dizzy feeling in my brain and feel like I'm a out to faint.
I eat and drink enough so don't worry. I hope this is a good sign that I am going big dick during my workouts? I always try to go until muscle failure and pain.

It turned out that my brains is not getting enough oxygen when it really wants it (During exercise) so you feel dizzy asf
I have deviated septum and some other shit that needs to be cut off and cleaned from my nose hopefully i'm getting surgery to fix that in 2 weeks.
Go get that checked bro
 
Dude it happened to me too. You gotta start off with lighter sets and breathe more.

It causes oxygen to stop going to your brain almost made me pass out at the rowing machine jfl

JFL Literally just do push ups and pull ups and you'll most likely look even better than this

I used to train hard with the hack squat machine same thing, was so thirsty after set I would drink my entire shaker bottle full of water (almost 1l ) after every set lol.
