Since nowadays training super low volume is a trend especially on tiktok, i Wanna know how many sets per week per muscle group are the best for optimal muscle growth. Considering intensity is the same. whenever i train low volume(<10sets/week) and high intensity(0-2rir) i finish my workout feeling like i could do much more and even though ik feeling sore doesnt correlate with hypertrophy, even if i train ≥12sets/week i dont feel sore or atleast it GOES away pretty fast which could mean Im recovering well?? i usually always rest >2/3min between sets, currently ULR split so 2x frequency.

Do as many sets as you can Recover obv
 
alright but theres no general rule??
For Most that would be at about 2 Sets if Trained eod keep that as a baselineand then Progress Upwards until it gets unrecoverable
