transplant from Norwood 1.5-2 to 0 pretty boy look, how risky can I loose existing hair I want perfect hair even though everyone tells me my hair is good I need Moree so pls let me know :owo:
 
Going from a Norwood 1.5–2 to a “0” (completely straight, juvenile hairline) is extremely risky because transplanting densely into an area with no native recession can shock-loss the fine existing hairs you already have, potentially leaving you with less density or an unnatural, pluggy look—especially since your current hair is already good by others’ standards.
