Im a 6,4 190 lbs 17 year old male, i have slight but noticeable (to myself atleast) recession at the corners of my hairline, thinning and loss of density in my hair (I can see a considerable amount of my scalp when hair is wet) and i need solutions for my problem...

Any suggestions on brands (canada) and dose/cycle for taking dihydrotestosterone blockers (finasteride?, dutasteride?) and using topical/oral minoxidil?

Don't rush to getting on meds because inhibiting DHT at that age is not a good idea. I started noticing thinning in the corners of my hairline and middle of my hairline (idk why there) when I was 16/17, after a couple years now I did lose more hair but not much and I'm thinking of getting on Fin. And if I do decide to get on fin It won't be when I'm still developing.

TLDR; If your hair loss is aggressive(it wasn't in my case) then try and get on 5-ARI if not I would recommend waiting till you are at least 18 and when you are 18 it would probably make it easier for you to get it prescribed.

If you were to get on a 5-ARI you 100% should start with Finasteride at 1mg/day if that doesn't stop the reaper (very unlikely) get on 0.5mg/day of Dutasteride. You could even take 0.5mg/day of Finasteride to start if you are worried about the side effects.

If you need a urgent solution use RU-58841 till you can get 5-ARI if you think you need it.

Do you think stress from extreme anxiety and years of using harsh shampoos (head and shoulders) could of caused it?

You can relieve scalp tension by doing this

Also dont consume foods with heavy metals and then sweat the toxins out through your hairscalp, it will cause hair loss
