i ate 1k calories today thats all and was able to do 15 reps of lateral raises with 32.5 kg dumbells strict form i was not able to do it even in a bulk when pounding 4-5k+ calories

yeh dude i finished my bulk with 25kg lateral raises for 12 reps i guess and that too shitty form now able to do 32.5 for 15 and strict form in a fucking deficit
thats tren absolutely absolutely nuts tbh

Yeah that's op :lul: I know absolutely nothing about roids tho bc I never even considered it as an option until 3 months ago and just haven't researched anything about them besides the basics

So ill have to learn
