Trentinoin vs Hydrocortisone

I want to shrink my nose because it’s too bulbous ( I’m mixed ). I know that the cartilage of my nose is wise , but there are some of my family members who got thinner noses than me , so I guess I have a little inflammation.

Should I use hydrocortison or topical tretinoin or both ? What percentage % and how many times a week ? What are the possible side effects of both products ?

for hydrocortisone after some time, my nose pigmentation started to change, it became more pink-ish that the reste of my skin
