Tret 0.025 + Clindamycin on the nose?

A family member of mine recently got this product for their acne.I have a bulbous nose full of blackheads, and I know tret helps mitigate the problem, but Google advises not to put Clindamycin on the nose. Should I ignore the warning and do it anyway?

Could try hydrocortisone + latisse in conjunction with the tret, not sure how safe it is tho.

Its a compound of tret + clindamycin so I can't solely use the tret unfortunately

HC is relatively safe but I used it for 2 months with no effect

Just buy normal tret and use it in CONJUNCTION (at the same time) with latisse and HC.
