already taking collagen vit C, niancimide, matrixyl a lot of people told me to take tret instead of retinol but do you think thats overkill ? my skin doesnt really have many flaws

Yea stress wrecks havoc on your immune system, activates your SNS and just fucks you up overall

Overkill indeed, also tret gives you that gay glowy skin, anyway you can use it EOD with as low as 0.025% concentration

Retinol done wonders for me, I can vouch for it, anyway experiment with Retinol if you don’t get the desired outcome, switch over to Tret.

La Roche Posay retinol is a good one

Go for it but tbh 0.025 is pretty weak shit and it's going to take a while to work. I noticed better collagen with 2 months of taz than 8 months of 0.05 tret as well with less sides.

Just wash ur face theory ngl there's a huge difference between the fake philtred glow and a slight healthy one

If ur in europe tazarene is good, it's sold over the counter but it's pretty much legit taz. Either way get used to tret in the meantime but don't expect much results till you switch to the 0.05 and also be ready to purge after the first few weeks
