Tret from indiamart

I ordered 0.05% tretinoin, minox, oral minox from indiamart(spectra distributors), the oral minox and minox actually work, but the tretinoin doesn't seem to be legit, or just mega underdosed, how I know this: almost no peeling, I can go outside without spf and almost no redness appears on my skin the next day, it was 2 dollars for a 20g tube , anyone got a good source?
