Your bodyfat estimation is way off : like most people you vastly underestimate how fat you actually are.

You were not 18% before and you're not 15% now. You were probably in the mid-twenties before and slightly under 20 now.

Keep pushing : it's going to be difficult but hang in there. I've been leanmaxxing for the last 4 months and the main results only appeared in the past month with shredded 6-pack that was still a blurry 4 pack at the end of January.
