i don't have acne but i few scars here and there with blackheads. i am hoping on tret 0.05. i will be using that like 3 times a week. can any one help me ?? can i use tret on lips cause i have rough lips and bit discoloured. my sunscreen will be sunplay aqua spf50. which barnd tret should i use??

anything to be careful in future?? i don't think i will go through purge as my skin is bit tough to outer harsh things.
anything more you know?? help wpuld be appriciated

Not worth it unless your applying it constantly and lips is just a dumb idea, exfoliate once every two days and use spf lip balm that’s really it

If you can tolerate it yes in very small amounts diluted by a lot of moisturiser but for a lot that area is just too sensitive, if you don’t have any problems just stay about half an inch away from the eyelid itself

No just exfoliate your lips with a cloth gently in the morning and then apply spf lip balm straight away it should eventually do away at any dead skin and hyperpigmentation, the mouth area is highly vascularised if there’s discolouration due to damage it heals pretty fast.

My bad, I meant for the whole face and the entire skincare routine, not just the lips.

Yea for the face usually just in the morning no need for more than 2x per week unless your peeling frequently from some sort of topical med

Your routine will depend ultimately on what you want out of your routine but yea that looks pretty good, spacing out vit c and tretinoin is a good idea, just make sure when you use tret you dilute it with moisturiser

Based my guy. My aim is mostly reversing photoaging and wrinkles, general aging related ish. I don't have a severe acne problem ever since I cut gluten, dairy and (most) sugar.

What's your take on having copper peptides in the routine? And can I use it at the nighttime with tret?
