Tretinoin 0.1% completely raped my acne

I thought I was going to need Accutane but my acne's nearly vanished in like 2 months. You might not need something as strong as isotret. Note that anything under 0.1% is useless, I tried 0.025% and 0.04% and they didn't do shit but make my skin peel away.
