pointless imo, your nose will still "shrink" on accutane normally no point in trying to destroy your skin even more

Brother don't use anything other then light cleansers/moisturisers while on accutane

There are mixed opinions online but mine is no. If you’re using it purely for shrinking your nose it won’t have the impact you think it has. There are cases where you can use both but it’s simply not necessary in your case. Once done with accutane treatment then go on to tretinoin.

If you're using tret then you don't really need accutane. I initially started accutane but then moved to tret from skinorac because it was very harsh for my skin and then I continued with tret and its fine now.
