Tretinoin am I purging or reacting

I started using Tret consistently for like 3 weeks now and I usually get acne in the same places on my cheeks and they are always blind pimples but now I’m getting tiny bumps by my jaw and my temple is that normal or should I stop

I have no idea but I just randomly got acne one day like 6 months ago and it left pitted scars my siblings don’t have acne at all which confuses me even more

No I just searched it up mines more spaced out and it’s mixed with bigger blind pimples
