Initially makes skin more susceptible to UV so sunscreen is even more of a must when you start using it.
What others have said, just drop dosage/frequency and apply sunscreen.

Let's clarify, were you sunburnt? Is this some chemical burn? I'm confused. You would not be sunburnt had you not been exposed to UV.
