Tretinoin for trauma scars (NOT acne scars)

I have post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation from scratches and pinches on my face when I was a child (I'm currently 16)
Most of these scars are flat with no texture and just have discoloration, but a few are shallow indentations


Can tretinoin fade these scars? If not what can I do

it takes a very long time , laser is your best option also depending on your country its not very expensive , if the pih is light there is peeling options , dont fall for the clinics scam do research before

I'm fine with it taking a long time, I just want to know if it works

The pih is pretty light, only a few shades darker than my skin

yes it works , like a year plus religiously using sunscreen
