hey guys, what should i stick with: accutane 20mg or tretinoin 0.025% (and higher)? i have no acne, just want to make my skin as good as possible.

I had bookmarked they perform the same, maybe go with accutane for systemic benefits and convenience i guess

call me coper i would use ghk cu and tan i hate accutane and tretinoin in summer because your sun sensitive.

the reason he should use tret over accutane is because tret purge is easier than accutane purge

considering he doesnt have acne at all tretinoin is a better option

yes its true you need to use tret for life - but it is just a better option considering his use case

It would as both the topical tret and the systematic accutane would penetrate and reduce the size of the sebaceous filaments ( The cause behind oil based enlargement of the nose)

Yeah I talked to my doctor about it and he suggested just straight to Accutane.

And Accutane has a lot of years behind it now with giving you that glass face look which who doesn't want that?

start with 0.025 and upwards, use sandwich method and you will be good. accutane is for making skin ideally clean and reducing nose size, but it has tons of side effects such as alcohol killing your liver so you'll have to take weird shit at nights out.
