depends, id start with 0.025 but get 0.05 aswell since u could prob hop on 0.05 quite fast if u tolerate 0.025 well

I've been on 0.025 for a good couple months it hasn't done much, but use it for a week or so before hopping on 0.05 so you can see if it irritates your skin at all
