Tricep Extension vs Pushdown

Seen research on Tricep Extension being more effective for all 3 heads. If one did full body 3 times a week, would it be more effective to train Extension 2x, and Pushdown 1x. Or Pushdown 2x, and extension 1x? Or Dips 1x, extension 1x, pushdown 1x, or which varitey of the sorts would be greatest for hypertrophy?
