My right elbow pops whenever I do a pushup or any similar movement with a dumbbell. How to fix?
 
It takes time to fix, make sure you take it easy for a while while doing the prescribed movements to strengthen the tendons.

 
its because u overuse the triceps
 
Probably too much weight nigga
Tendinitis is typically an overuse injury, not due to high intensities (ie high percentage of 1rm). Too much volume that the tendon is not yet prepared for.
