Which surgery would you suggest once i save up some money, and at what age can i do it. Im a lhtn with huge zygos, ok upper 3rd, good middle 3rd with a brutal lower 3rd (recessed mandible, maxilla and inward gonions). I think that my frontal would get a lot from the gonion implants bc my jaw looks small in comparison to my zygos but a bimax or trimax would ascend me in terms of my side profile and maybe a bit from the front. Im not terribly recessed and i currently have damon braces so my arches may still expand but i need some advice since i wont be able to afford both surgeries anytime soon.

Surgeries are close to each other, is there any chance you can send photos?

I’d rather not bc i wouldnt want my future employer to find any traces of my internet activity but im pretty much ogremaxxed from the front (apart from the gonions) so my side looks stupid with such recession. I have good chin projection but my maxilla is recessed. My mandible is more developed than my maxilla so i look stupid jutting

In short, if your problem is only in your maxilla, Lefort 1 will be sufficient.

I think I would also benefit a lot from a longer mandible so what surgery would you suggest? Also, do you know any reputable surgeons in Europe (cant be in Turkey bc of bad rep and history of botches even tho I love Turkey) or US??

I haven't researched surgeons abroad much. I'll be having my surgeries done in Türkiye in the future. I live in Turkey anyway.

Then its pretty convenient + youre able to find better surgeons than foreigners so its a win win. Money wont be an issue once i find a job so i dont care much

Ramieri mogs for trimax and offers Gonion implants that also act as the bsso plate during surgery, If I were you I would save up for him, he also is offering a new “mcw implate” technique which is a implate just as the one I mentioned except it covers more of the mandible and also acts as a genio plate, he’ll start offering it late 2026, I believe. That’s what I am getting and would recommend not missing out on that

MCW implate so just a wraparound jaw implant? Those tend to look pretty terrible.

I don’t know exactly what it is but most likely it is a wrap around, but it isn’t a chin implant I’m pretty sure. Ask @FrenchareMedCucks for more info. I also have my ram consultation in exactly a week and I will ask him those questions. But I also think that as long as your not aiming for big angularity and lower third prominence from the wrap around it tends to look fine

It just never look good because even a 0.5mm of bowing outwards on the connection between gonion and chin looks uncanny

IMG 1547

This is from one of ramieris mcw cases although it was from a two stage approach and was peek instead of titanium and was just a implant instead of also being a bsso plate and is likely what the results will look like after a mcw, but that’s just my guess

Bowing inwards or outwards? My jaw bows outwards so i think that visually reducing that bowing by gonial implants would do me well

My ortho messed up my treatment (damon braces) and she installed little bites i could keep my lower teeth on (installed them on the back of my upper 1s) and this slowed down my treatment but I went to a neurologopedist and she told her to take them off and it worked wonders for my jaw. It actually isnt even bowed anymore so I think that i would only consider them for a wider lower third. Consider this as a recommendation for potential future treatment with damons bc logopedists actually helps the most with the treatment. Also nice pfp im an mbv fan myself
