Trimax + Full Facial Implants with Burak Ercin W/O Giant.

I am consulting with Burak Ercin trimax with full face implants, and I am not using Giant Implants. I haven't seen much talk about him on here, and when he's mentioned its only when Giant is included. Is he a good surgeon with good designs without Giant?

The best turk surgeons dont work with giant, atleast bimax surgeons. For implants giant might be better, but they will have the same designers as the italian ones as its the company they get hardware from and this is a place in holland. And i think its the same place the turk ones get them too

there is no real maxfac branch here like in other countries. its mostly dentists and plastic surgeons doing bimax or even trimax. and honestly plastic surgeons are usually better for this because they think more about facial harmony not just bite.


they can do rhino or genio or even necklift at the same time with jaw surgery which is a big plus.


dr ercin is probably one of the best in turkey for this. some surgeons need a team or another doctor but its not really mandatory for him.
the only “problem” is that he is master in too many fields like micro surgery, breast surgery, alpha male facial stuff etc so people get confused.


but for jaw surgery alone, he is more than enough.

I am sure there are are some very capable maxillofacial surgeons in turkey and that turkey mogs other countries for specific surgeries regarding price and quality like HT and Rhino but generally speaking I would rather get the job done by someone who is specialized in maxillofacial surgery and not some plastic surgeon who turned jaw surgeon but needs help of a dentist to get the job done. it’s funny how confident you sound while clearly not knowing the system. first of all, in turkey becoming a plastic surgeon also takes around 12 years. not sure where you get your info but maybe google is free where you live. second, in turkey there are also dentists who introduce themselves as “maxillofacial surgeons” after doing 4–5 years of dentistry plus a 3-year phd. that’s it. no real surgical residency, yet they still use the title, so please don’t lecture me about who is a dentist and who is a surgeon. i didn’t learn this from internet comments. i had surgery done by a plastic surgeon myself, and i have dentists and plastic surgeons in my family, so yes, i know the process very well, from the inside. also, when i said “mid country surgeon,” you misunderstood (not surprising). i didn’t mean surgeon from turkey, i meant average, mediocre surgeons in your country. big difference. read a bit slower maybe. you can keep explaining things you just learned last week, i’ll stick to what i actually lived and saw. you learn by reading. some of us learn by experience.
