Trimax

I am having trimax with CW (both jaws advanced) in 3 days. 2 years ago I wanted to have this but nowadays getting nervous and not sure whether I need this since I got gf some time ago and I am rather decent looking and happier. Hopefully breathing improvement would be noticable to go through this since my airways are a bit narrow, but not sure whether I would like to go through this purely for aesthethic purposes rn lol

Taken on dec 20th, surgery was on 18th. Not the best recovery experience but I think it was also my first surgery

Not sure but 5mm downgraft, some slight cw rotation with forward move of the maxilla, also mandible moved forward and vertical lenghtening genio, bone graft from the hip. I have also gotten additional support for my upper lips and got wider nostrils from the inside, feeling better breathing, but ye, not sure how it is with other surgeries, but this one feels a bit brutal

Like the whole reason you decomp is for a more aesthetic result, you need to be retard if you dont

Look i get it most people probably require decomp. i already went through braces my bite is perfect and only my jaws are recessed. i also had my smile pushed back from braces alongside teeth pulling. i think i would be a decent canditate for surgery first i will see what the maxoficial surgeons say though
