i don t recommend trimax in your case however your maxilla is little recessed. but yea 2mm lefort 1 is not gonna be worth the recovery

Nah im going to ascend higher bruh. Mtn is enough yes but im not satisfied . My original plan was actually trimax with custom zygomatic implants that extend to my infra orbitals. Im really not afraid of the risk for i do not care. But no trimax. So got any other tips?
