Oral has a better mechanism. It depends. I can show you the paper showing 2.5mg oral is approximately equal to 5% topical, however oral is a generally better mechanism. The argument for topical being way too different person-to-person is valid. However, oral has one big flaw. The bloat.

Yeah thats the thing. I dont want to grow ass hair while taking oral on top of being a bloatcel, but could tropical theoretically just grow new hair follicles or do you need an already good base?

It won't create brand-new follicles from scratch, no.

Also, only 15-25% of people on oral report mild hypertrichosis. That is mild to reiterate. Most of that which they specified is fine hair on arms and upper cheeks. It's very rare to get back hair or hair on their backside unless they're already predisposed to it.

Nonetheless, oral is a better mechanism.
