A storm is set to bring high winds and heavy rain to parts of Wales, the Met Office has warned. They forecasting agency has officially named Storm Lillian, which will be the 12th named storm of the season.

The storm has been caused by the remnants of a ex-hurricane Ernesto that has crossed the Atlantic over the week.
