Anyone who had that issue? Is there an explanation for this?
When I dont restrict my calories I dont have trouble breathing through my nose, its only when I restrict them that I mouthbreathe or drool,have trouble breathing through my nose, like im hyperaware of my breat also.
Do I restrict too much maybe?
