What does al mean

Aromatase inhibitor, prevents testosterone from being converted into estrogen. So basicly you don't want your estrogen levels to become too high. It CAN happen when your levels of testosterone are this high.

very likely you will regret this and i would stop now before you do damage. Being on trt (ur dose is extremely low for trt) isnt going to add as much muscle as you think, at best you will look a bit bigger and fuller. im not against roids at all but you should have a base built not because of some moral reason but people over estimate how much going on roids will help

how long have you been on and what were your levels before. If your levels were normal before putting them at the high end pf normal will only be a placebo effects and the side effects will be a messed up endocrin system, injections for the rest of ur life, money, having to control estrogen. Im just saying be careful and know the risks

The hcg is contributing some t depending on when he's getting bloods drawn, and depending on how long he's been on he might still have some natural production happening as well. In all likelihood he'll have to titrate the dose up a little to maintain those numbers after a few months on
