Height: Upper Upper End of Very Tall

Very tall stature is defined here as showing an average height of more than 180 cm in males in a pre-industrial society. Even the tallest Europeans - Scots and Montenegrins - didn't reach such numbers until a few decades ago. In Africa, on the other hand, a few such populations exist. They are usually extremely slender in build, with thin bodies, short trunks, and very long legs. Their stature evolved by natural selection in response to dry heat where sweating is efficient, so that long lean bodies have an advantage. The tallest ever measured are the Nuer, where men averaged 185 cm. Dinka, Shilluk, Sara, Makari, and Tutsi are only marginally shorter. Outside of Africa, very tall stature combined with massive, thickset bodies could have been present in some inland Patagonian groups. The natives of Rio Chico and Rio Santa-Cruz reached an average of 185 cm just like the Nuer. Some extinct groups could have been even taller.

Skull Type: Mesocephalic and Orthocranic/Hypsicranic Hybrid

Mesocephaly is the most common ratio of skull length to skull width in the world today, but was rarer in prehistoric times. It is characterised by the skull width reaching less than 81 and at least 76 percent of the skull breadth. Mesocephalic groups are common on all continents except Australia. In Africa, many forest groups and some savannah groups like Bobo and Shari show mesocephaly, but also people of Madagascar. It is common in Northern Europe and the Mediterranean, South Arabia, West India, much of China, Japan, Indonesia, and Siberia. It occurs in Western Polynesians and New Guineans. In North America, Silvid groups as well as those of the Mexican steppes show mesocephaly. It is common in the Amazon rainforest and in Fuegians.
Orthocranic skulls are characterised by the skull height reaching more than 70 percent of the skull length, but less than 75 percent. This is also called medium high-skulled. Orthocrany today is widespread on all continents. It dominates throughout Africa, in the western half of Europe, and large parts of South and Central Asia. Much of Australia is orthocranic as well. In North America most groups of temperate and cold climate show orthocrany. In South America it is often transitional to mild hypsicrany, but dominates around the Caribbean.

Body Type: Mesomorph

The mesomorph body type is characterised by athletic stature, large bone structure, and large muscles. Shoulders tend to be wide, chest strong, body rather low. They easily gain muscle and lose weight quickly as well. Mesomorphs have been powerful hunters in Paleolithic societies and good athletes in sports, on the other hand they require more calories than other types, which can be disadvantageous. Mesomorphs are common in African savannah groups, many live rather in humid climate than in dry climate. They are found in Europe, Native North Americans, and in South Australians. In Polynesia and Patagonia, very large mesomorphs (used to) exist with large bodies and a tendency to grow fat.

Trunk Length: Mesoskelic to Brachyskelic

Mesoskelia is defined by a sitting height between 51 and 53 percent of overall height, which corresponds to an average trunk-leg ratio within worldwide standards. It is a very widespread trunk-leg ratio. Most Europeans are mesoskelic, as well as most North African and Near Eastern populations. In Africa, most Guinean and Bantu speakers of the rainforest belt are mesoskelic as well as Khoisanids and Madagascans. Most of Indochina, Indonesia, and Polynesia is mesoskelic as well. In North Asia it is mainly found in Ainu. Apart from that, the great majority of Native American groups is mesoskelic on average.

Brachyskelic individuals have a sitting height between 49 and 51 percent of their overall height. Brachyskelia is widespread in the tropics but appears to be rare in cold regions. This trait is a response to heat where sweating is efficient, so that bodies with a higher surface have an advantage (Allen's rule). Most Sub-Saharan Africans show brachyskelia, except for the forest populations and Khoisanids. Several Saharan populations (Tuareg) show brachyskelic proportions as well. Outside of Africa it is common in India, New Guinea, and Australia. Brachyskelia hardly developed in the American tropics, because they were only inhabited since the late Paleolithic when humans faced different selective pressures, thus trunk length can be seen as a primary adaption.

he put his arm around my shoulder condescendingly and said "hows it been buddy havent seen you since last summer" and squeezed my arm and was like "looking leaner nowadays MY NAME" while laughing to his other trust fund jock friends.

i was with a couple friends on the smaller side (6'5-6'6 230-255lb average) and he was with 7 other guys (6'8-6'10 270-305lb average) so i couldnt do shit but god it was so humilating

The best height for a man who is both attractive and gives you a sense of power is 6'4.5-6'5, more than that is not necessary, and often reduces your attractiveness.
