Neymar's height is 5ft 8 (172.7 cm), Messi's height is 5ft 6 ½ (168.9 cm), Taylor Hill's height is 5ft 9 (175.3 cm) (celebheights.com):

Yael is shorter than Taylor. Their official heights differ by 5 cm(179/180-174/175), but as we understand it, if Taylor is 175 cm, then Yael is already 170 cm. However, we do not know if they wear the same shoes. Messi's height is identical to Yael's. You may have seen that viral video where Yael is significantly taller than Messi: But most likely Yael was wearing high shoes, and Messi's posture was crooked. Another photo completely refutes this. The same situation with Neymar, here you can understand through “If” that it's about the shoes and the position of both of them in the photo.
If we exclude footwear and roughly estimate their standard height (without posture/position):
