Years/ a year ago in my looksmaxxing I made some fatal flaws

One was training my neck too much. It looked terrible I had such a wide neck like a damn tree trunk. I have barely trained my neck for years and it’s still very solid

The other was having a goatee. I removed it a year ago but recently I realised most people do not ascend with it. Its low class, get a stubble or beard or clean shave. It was so bad on me I thought i was a harmonycel for over a year when i just needed no facial hair.

My physique started looking decent ish but I’d also post hella male gaze gym pics and updates. It retrospect it looks stupid. I was satisfied with 14-15% bf which is also no longer the case.

I fell for the darker coloring meme, i am pale and if i don't consume omega6s i can get a tan, but i look worse tbh, because my hair is black, contrast looks good.

Though when i get sun exposure during the morning and evenings those infra and near infra red frequencies give my skin a super nice glow so i learned that

I may have fell for the longer hair pill, i shaved it on december and have been growing it out, i sometimes look like a mess because it is wavy/curly and i just let it grow without any maintenance cut or giving it a shape, ill trust the process and if it still looks like shit in 8 months ill cut it
