Most people in here will move on with their lives too. It is really brutal when you think about it. We are losers even here in this forum.

A lotta sexually frustrated kids here in this forum will reflect back on these days with sad cringe a couple years later thinking "ah, i was just an edgy sexually-frustrated teenager back then".

Just deadlifted 275 pounds

Swimming and gymcel coping hard these days. Making my truecel body endure pain to punish it for being so subhuman

After you're softmaxxed you could try to geomax, that would be the extreme option

I deadlifted 400lb as my max when I was 17, I'm about to turn 25 now , came back July 27 and I'm struggling to get past 255lb...

Did it without straps, bought straps but even with them I couldn't get past 275lb, I know I'm going too fast but I just can't wait...

At least I'm improving on all my other lifts, I'm just as strong as I was or stronger in some lifts, numbers going up...

The max I was curling in the past were 48lb dumbbells, just did 66lb for a couple reps each arm this week!

Let's just keep grinding!!!

Muscle memory is a real thing. 400 is super impressive, you might not reach that but I'm sure you can coast to 350 (which in itself is still better than 90% of the gym)

@PCT01 Any advice on grinding deadlift?

Thanks! I'm trying to get back to 400lb, even tho I'm almost 44lb lighter... I have a goal of 220lb Overhead Press, 330lb bench press and 660lb deadlift as a natural, reasonable numbers for me...

I believe I can hit them with some years of training, + I have some tricks I plan to use when I hit a plateau... I have 3 tricks I plan to use as a last resource.

I know it's unreal, my max was 130lb, but my frame got a lot thicker because all the heavy lifting I used to do (3x5 for 3+ years), I only do strength training, I love lifting heavy, now I'm doing 3x3 so I can lift even heavier...

My first trick is using creatine and other supplements, there are some good herbs and plants too like Fenugreek (GREAT HGH booster), Tribulus Terrestris and Peruvian Maca/Maca Root (both for testosterone increase)...

The second one is doing specific programs and training methods for strength and size, plus reading books by ancient Strongmen like Arthur Saxon and Alexander Zass...

The third is dieting, I already did it in the past and it worked - eating raw meat. Read about Dr. Aajonus Vonderplanitz's work and his Primal Diet! It's safe, you can trust me!

That's it, if I discover something new I'll let you know...
