There are pics of him with a sparse NW2 when he was younger.

I'm pretty sure he had a transplant. He's also confirmed to take finasteride by his doctor wouldn't need it if it was a hair system.

that looks more like sparse nw3 pre-vertex but thats just my opinion

If you have a thick noorwood 2 in your 50s is there a high chance you will end up bald?

As long you're male you can go bald due to AGA at any age. But the chances are much lower if it's a NW2 in your 50s, imo. I'd classify that as a true 'mature hairline'.
