Ascension isn’t having your first kiss. It isn’t losing your virginity. It isn’t getting head. Ascension isn’t one milestone that you reach and voila that’s it you’ve ascended.
Ascension is a transformation of your living state. Ascension is going from being lonely and miserable to having a girlfriend whom you kiss, cuddle, and make love to every day.
Repetition and frequency are the key. To ascend, you have to enter a state of life during which you get friendship, validation, intimacy, sexual activity, etc. over and over again and again. If you just get it once, that’s a mere blip in your life timeline—you “ascend” for 1 day and sooner or later you descend back to being sad and lonely.
I’m speaking from experience. I had my first kiss a few months ago. It was her first too. I was happy as fuck. But now I’m just as depressed and frustrated as I was before I kissed her. My life got better for a very short period of time. I’m back to living a miserable incel existence.
