Bonesmash supraorbital, do icehooding for 10-15 minutes a day, look up in the air wide eyed and slowly let your eyebrows come back down

does ice hooding not just temporarily bring brown fats but when u stop u lose holding and the brown fat?

ice hooding doesn't stimulate any type of brown fat( there isn't brown fat in the supraobitals). It does however swell the skin cause it is considered some type of an 'irritant" and swelling is a response which helps hooding throughout the day.
