If you are unhappy,
then you are living in the wrong state.
Your brain doesn’t want to be in that state,
so it sends you signals
through depression,
and so on.
Just change your environment, bro.
If you fall back into the old state again,
it means you haven’t changed it well enough,
or you’ve changed it only superficially.
An example would be:
imagine a Neanderthal living in modern society but still keeping his natural state without changing it.
He wouldn’t be unhappy
that would be normal,
because he still has his natural state.
Everyone should actually be in that state.
But because some people see other states as the right ones, things like this have developed,
even though there is only one true state.
And that’s why problems like stress or depression appear, even in childhood because people are in a wrong state.
