Its been called "God's Ozempic". Supposed to help regulate blood sugar, control appetite, and repair overgrowth of yeast in the colon. I just started. Only side effects are stomach upset, diarreah, constipation, and bloating, but I have that already so it won't matter. Hopefully this will be the "kick" I need.
