Trying to gain weight makes me sick

I'm 193cm (6.3) and only 70kg (154lbs)
I decided to eat more but it makes me kinda sick, I feel like my stomach is struggling to digest the surplus.
I don't eat that much more (I made an omelet between lunch and diner), is my stomach gonna adapt ?

Yeah the thing is I don't know wether to add in between meals snack that will provoke insulin spikes more regularly or eat bigger meal that will make my insulin skyrocket at lunch/diner time
 
Nigga don't ever sacrifice leaness, gain muscle thru proper nutrition, training and hormonal profile. Don't cope with fat to boost ur bmi

Spread out however many calories you want to eat throughout the entire day. Remember the acronym FAGFAG (Frequently Acquire Good Food Always Grub)

Honestly its sad how many people here aren't even lean tbh. Lean ascended me hard. Most people should make being 10% bf their first priority after joining here

Closely followed by a haircut and using tretinoin

Based tbh. 110% percent agree, I will also add cleaning up and working on their diet and hormonal profile. Aswell as working to add on some muscle mass (preferably lean muscle tissue) should be the 1st thing anyone who joins this site does.

make sure you're going hard as fuck at the gym, especially compound movements - itll boost your appetite shitloads (assuming you go to the gym, if you are trying to bulk without lifting thats fucking retarded and you are just gonna turn into a fat cunt)
get mass gainer + protein powder etc
yes, your stomach will adapt in a relatively short period

I can eat macdonalds three times a week and not gain a gram of fat
Being lean is clearly important but I want to be heavier
Being very tall and skinny makes me look kinda weak even when lean

Gyms have been closed for a year, I'm going to the park to train with dips, pull-ups etc and I use 2x10kg dumbbells at home

Get high protein diet

Train 6x weekly in porgessive overload

Consider test replacement or other roids depending on ur knowledge

You'll gain muscle mass and look good

+1 for all except T replacement, not gonna try it.
My sleep is shit, not matter the time I go to bed I always sleep 10h it's fucking time consuming, I'm not even in puberty.

fair enough, same situation here but our gyms are opening in a few days
the pull-ups and shit will suffice but once you start lifting the results really come fast

My sleep is shit, not matter the time I go to bed I always sleep 10h it's fucking time consuming, I'm not even in puberty.
Always sleep at 10 wake up 7-8ish

For training and diet its a lot of work to start with but it will come with time

If you don't have any skinny fat issue I would suggest eating throughout the day as much as your stomach will tolerate. I couldn't gain weight in my teens at first and was able to force about 20 pounds of muscle on in a year by doing that and drinking a couple of those weight gain shakes a day in addition to pounding the weights. I never took roids.

I know some disagree but I also wouldn't worry about having a real low bodyfat while bulking. As long as its in the 15% area you should be alright. My thinking on that is keeping a bodyfat much lower than that makes it harder to add the muscle you are looking for. Build it up first and then 6 pack lean later if that is what you want.

Thanks for the advices, I'll try to lift weights to have faster results, train more often and sleep better.
I'll keep increasing my calories intake and see how my BF goes

Not especially, I don't have any problem to get the food inside, it's just that my stomach feel acid afterwards

Eat smaller more frequent meals. Make shakes using real foods like oatmeal, cereal (try not to overdo cereal though), egg whites (can't taste them blended), banana, peanut butter etc. 3 food meals and 3 shakes would do the trick
 
dirty bulk and drink calories.
