Kind of sucks. I was projected to be 6'1.5 and was always one of the tallest in school but at age 15 I got the idea that being skinny and a fast runner is cool. I barely ate for almost a year and my doctor was shocked because I didn't grow at all during what should have been a growth spurt. Immediately after that I started eating everything in sight and still managed to reach 6'0 flat, but it's a pretty average height these days and not my true genetic potential. My parents are both 5'7. If I ever have a son I'm forcing them to drink a liter of milk every day.

TLDR what he did?
All this guy says is bulk up to get taller. Loads of fitness influencers are mad at him because that's all he says jfl

It's probably true because after I started binging on food at 16 I grew like an inch over the summer.

Fuk I took accutane too at 16 and didn't grow after that, maybe just like half an inch.

Think it was worth it though. I got all the JB appeal at the proper age once I had perfect skin

At least you'll have tall kids if you manage to breed.

ive got like a 6 foot dad and a 5'8 mom and i got to like 6'4. I drank a lot of milk. I remember my uncle compaining that i was drinking all the milk and he was a short dude. Like yeah I was a growing kid i needed all the GH i could get from natty sources.

If most kids just eat calories and excersize they will grow.

The opposite for me. Huge calories and lots of exercise from 15-18, didn't grow a single CM. I'm 6'1 and dad is 6'4.

I started LeanMaxxing at age 16 years and 3 months, JFL.
There was no hope before, LeanMaxxing for height growth and thERe is no hope for me after it, JFL.

i was also thinking of leanmaxxing for heightmax but i toss that idea away because my body fat is already at healthy range. Do u guys have tips for me to heightmax at 14?

you are 6ft with 5'7 parents.. you need to be grateful :rage: my parents were 6ft and 5'7 and i'm barely 5'7.

the reason you stopped growing is because you had an early growth spurt.. not everyone grows at the same rate. that you didn't become 6'2 has nothing to do with how much you were eating.. there are so many skinny tall guys, and it's always the bulking-protein-addicted teenagers who become 5'7.

Genetics are all what matters, and genetics are a lottery. a doctor can never know how tall you will become, it's only an estimate based on your parents height.

Only if you are severely malnourished you can stunt your growth, because growing to your potentional height is the main focus of the body during puberty and it's necessary for survival of your DNA (otherwise you won't find a partner to reproduce).

Drinking milk doesn't make you taller.. it's meant for baby cows not humans. the only reason some people are able to drink milk is because they have genetics from poor people. poor people had no choice but to drink milk to survive. normal people are lactose-intolerant. If you want cancer you can go ahead and drink milk.. it won't make you grow taller.

"In times of famine, milk drinking probably increased. And the very people who shouldn't have been consuming high-lactose dairy products — the hungry and malnourished — would be the ones more likely to drink fresh milk. So, with milk's deadly effects for the lactose intolerant, individuals with the lactase mutation would have been more likely to survive and pass on that gene. The combination of famine and longer processing time for milk is "kind of like a double whammy," says Thomas, who has yet to publish his theory. Under his scenario, the lactose tolerant wouldn't always have had an evolutionary advantage, but for short periods of time, having that genetic mutation would have helped. "Over a long run, it's modest; but over short periods of time, it's extremely high selection" for the lactose tolerant, says Thomas."

The reason why whites, who more often drink milk are taller is not because of their milk consumption but because prosperity often meant more natural selection for big dicks, better bones, more attractive faces etc. Why are white people better looking than brown/blacks? Because more men on average were prosperous so women didn't have to select their partner based on money/status and more often selected on attractiveness. Because of this men evolved, especially in the richer areas of Europe (Netherlands, Northern Italy, Northern Belgium etc) to have big dicks and be taller and more attrractive in general. In countries like Serbia and Bosnia men are just as tall as the average Dutch man, but their annual milk consumption is much lower. Milk consumption is highest in Finland, however their average male height is only 180cm, so 4cm less compared to the 184cm Dutch average. So there doesn't seem to be a correlation to drinking milk and being taller. Why are Italians shorter than Germans on average, but also have bigger penis? It's all genetics and has nothing to do with nutrition! stop coping with supplements they will give you 1-2cm max. conclusion: drinking milk is cope.

milk is cope. most milks contain tons of estrogens

i think the reason why people say it stunted their growth its because it decreases IGF-1 levels on which you can buy supplements for if you want to leanmaxx and heightmaxx at the same time

Whats ur inseam @2dv2 and do

I skellymaxxed my whole life and i think it stunted my growth, i was 100lbs at 5’9 when i was nearly 14 and even now at 16 and 6’3 im 145. My brother is 6’5 at 15 and i think id be around 6’5 if i wasnt literally 15 bmi for most of my rapid growth in my early teens
