I think I’m at least a low htn (from what most people have rated me) but I feel like I could maybe softmaxx to low cl, does anyone know what I could to to reach my goal?

Your nose and philtrum kind of disqualify you from that. You look good though, I'm baffled as to why good looking people even care about where they land on the "PSL Scale" when they are already good looking
