I once looked like you, until I hit the age of 20 and decided to go to gym. You need to lean bulk because you are skinny, and then cut. Gain 10kg and then go to caloric deficit. Deadlift, Bench press, Squat, Pullup and Overhead press are must do exercises.

You'll feel better, trust me.
