Turks' ancenators came Mongolia. They mixed up with the local Anatolian population, then later with Greeks, Armenians and Slavs. They are incredibly diverse looking.

I'm from Bulgaria, and some of them look indistinguishable from us. I was shocked when I later found out that they came from Turkey.

Yeah, totally unbiased. It heavily depends on the region they come from though.
