@tweaqo with how much precision can they raise the lower eyelid with a canthopexy? It sounds like I'm in a similar situation to you pre-surgery (1.5mm scleral show but with PCT). I want to get a canthopexy but I'm worried they'll raise it too much above the limbal ring where it'll look like I'm perma squinting

Trust me it won’t look like ur perma squinting. Just inform the surgeon, and he should know what to do.

Thanks. Can you PM me your before and after? Also have you noticed your lower eyelids dropping back down a bit as they heal? I heard they can drop up to 1mm after they fully heal vs. their position right after the surgery
