Twins, how much effect of look does diet have

I ate mostly candy and other non food "food", and now look pretty bad while i have been pretty gl as a boy.
How much does diet influence looks? Except for muscle, how much does it determine the bones in the body, face and so on. Have there been some twins with diferrent diets so we can see this influence?

Of course it makes huge diffrence - you are what you eat, you're 100% in nutritient deficint which will impact your hormones and bone build.

What is the truth?
It's possible we overestimate how much does it really have o the end product, but it probably is very important. But how much?
