Allopregnanolone takes 2-3 months to return to baseline, which is what I believe is the main cause of side effects.

Nope nothing at least that we know of, you could try and lower the dose

It’s not necessarily asexual but it’s close to it, your ok with not having sex for weeks and you don’t have an urge to. Still get hard but it takes longer and not that into it.
