1. Low inhib of black people: usually they are really young 17-19 and coupled with surge in T plus low iq crime peaks this age. Ramirez is another example low iq with insane testosterone and amygdala damage. Most of the times the lack of inhib leads to a lifetime of rotting in jail
2. Low inhib of sociopaths: they understand that going guns blazing in a cartel will just lead to their face being ripped off and used as halloween mask. And so they take time to learn behaviours of people, understand social dynamics and use to their advantage. Much more dangerous as you can tame a black like a wild animal ( like a slave whip) but you cannot do anything if this person wants to destroy you. Ted bundy is an example he committed his crimes from around 27-31 with absolutely 0 provocation/ need ( atleast blacks grow up in a hood). Just sheer predator who has a taste for blood.
