1. Low inhib of black people: usually they are really young 17-19 and coupled with surge in T plus low iq crime peaks this age. Ramirez is another example low iq with insane testosterone and amygdala damage. Most of the times the lack of inhib leads to a lifetime of rotting in jail
2. Low inhib of sociopaths: they understand that going guns blazing in a cartel will just lead to their face being ripped off and used as halloween mask.
