im trying to bloatmaxx up on test actually. theres one physique i havent tried and thats going to like simeon panda level.
for me, my best seems to be like 14% bodyfat at like 195-200. as long as you have visible abs and youre visible big thats fine but if you look really ripped it looks just freaky to women and itll moreso attract gymcel girls but even at higher bodyfat percentages it does the same so its useless
