This is just a theory but just look at him Hes got those long skinny klinefelter arms/wrists and his fat distribution is pretty feminine look at those child bearing hips, hes obviously very tall and it kind of looks like hes had gyno surgery. Ofc he would have to have been on trt from a very young age to get the body hair and muscle/bone mass
