Morning, cuz my night heavily varies due to what I do, I’ve also got a long torso so yeah,


On a normal day I’m 195cm and then 193.5 cm by night

If I’m working manual labour from 7 to 5 like I am rn and last week then I’ll probably not even wake up 195cm due to the back strain and shit so it will be 194cm to 192/1cm

I also need to fix my posture, I got a bit of a nerd neck, anterior pelvic tilt fixing those might get me to 196cm in the morning, idk we will see
