I’ve heard as long as u got enough protein and train hard u will see progress

if u don’t wanna bulk u will still gain muscle as long as u make progress.
I don’t think eating food is the actual way to make progress that’s myth
 
im skinny af but id rather trust guys who r big but ngl I do not wish to be fat at any point in my life it will make me kill myself so I will never bullk hard
 
Lean bulk is optimal

past like one year of training you stagnate if you don't eat in a surplus.

that's what separates the bigger people from the small ones, if you're too afraid to get fat you don't get much further than athletic with abs.

A lot of naturals and sam Sulek did say u don’t need to bulk if u wanna make progress just get stronger with ur lifts

the body don’t need a big surplus to build muscle
It will turn most of it to fat.
